Spring Wing Ding 2006

I had a great time at the Spring Wing Ding on Saturday, March 25, 2006. For example, I came at 12:30 and worked at the Kids of the Kingdom until 1:30. Then John, a KOK teacher, gave me lunch for working with him. Then I went to the Praising Pirate Popping Party and helped out there. After I popped the rest of the balloons, I used the remainder of my tickets at the Roll-A-Ball. I then used my winning tickets to buy silly string and helped clean up. I did this all in two hours!

At the Spring Wing Ding, there was a lot of things to do. These include the Bowling Alley, Tootsie Pop Throw, Bounce Houses, Mazes, the Knick Knack Corner, a Bean Bag Toss, and places to eat. My favorite was the Praising Pirates Popping Party. You had to throw darts at the balloons. I also got to work there. I later met up with my friends, who all won a lot of tickets. My brother got a skateboard, because we put our tickets together. This was the best fair yet!

There were many fun and exciting things to do at the Spring Wing Ding on Saturday, March 25. My favorite would have to be the Petting Zoo. Even though I did not go inside, it was still great to see all the animals, especially the baby buffalo. I don’t think they have brought a buffalo before. They also had a piglet that kept running around, causing Jameson to state he would like a pig for Christmas. The carnival was a great experiance for all those involved.

On March 25, 2006 we has the Spring Wing Ding. This is the first year that it has taken place in the spring. Up until this point it has taken place in the Fall. This year’s fair was quite a success. I was working at two booths. The Duck Ring booth and the Dart throwing booth. Usually the Duck Ring booth is particularly popular but this was the first year that they did a Dart throwing booth, and it was a smash hit. Overall the day went very well was quite successful.
