Winnie the Pooh and a day for Eeyore

Honey PotWinnie the Pooh and a day for Eeyore is a story about Winnie the Pooh and his friends who make a special day for their friend Eeyore on his birthday. The story starts out when Winnie the pooh, Rabbit, and Roo find that Tigger has bounced Eeyore into the river! Later that day Pooh finds out its Eeyor birthday and nobody Knows. This makes Eeyore feel very sad since he thinks nobody cares about him. Pooh and piglet franticly search for presents. Pooh gets a sweet pot of honey and piglet gets a big red balloon, but soon Pooh accidentally eats the honey and piglet pops his balloon an a tree! But Eeyores special day is saved when Christopher Robin shows up with the rest of the gang and saves the day.

I think over all this was a pretty good Winnie the Pooh book. All the characters were true to their classic personalities, except Tigger. I'm not sure he would of pushed Eeyore into the river. I would probably recommend this book to any one who likes a classic Winnie the Pooh book.

The way God pertains to this story is that God wants us to help other people. The way this story shows this is that Pooh helps Eeyore and makes him feel cared for Winnie the Pooh and a day for Eeyore shows children how to help and care for other people.
